- Three-Stage Cleaning Process: The cleaning process includes three stages—hot alkaline water, hot clean water, and tap water. High-pressure spray cleaning is employed as the primary method, using approximately 60°C hot alkaline water (or alcohol-infused solution) as the main detergent and approximately 60°C high-pressure hot water for intensive cleaning.
- Temperature Control: The alkaline water tank and hot water tank are equipped with electric heating elements, with automatic temperature control ranging from ambient temperature to 80°C, which can be set as desired.
- Comprehensive Spray Coverage: Stainless steel centrifugal pumps circulate water from each tank, spraying the baskets from all four directions (top, bottom, left, and right) simultaneously. Each tank is equipped with a dual filtration system for easy removal of debris and independent drain valves for waste discharge, with an integrated pipe for unified disposal.
