On Saturday, December 6, 2025, HW Machinery welcomed a delegation of five visitors from Nigeria to our pig, cattle, and sheep slaughter equipment manufacturing base in China. The visit focused on an in-depth factory tour, technical discussions, and project exploration for a 100 pigs per day slaughter line, designed for small-scale pig slaughterhouses and pork processing facilities.

Arrival & 100 Pigs Slaughter Line Project Discussion
The Nigerian delegation was welcomed at Nanjing Lukou International Airport at noon and arrived at our abattoir equipment production base approximately 30 minutes later.
The visit began with a detailed meeting in our main conference room, where both teams introduced their companies and discussed the 100 pigs per day slaughter line project in detail.

Slaughterhouse layout and equipment configuration
Pig slaughtering machines and automation options
Design considerations for small-scale pig slaughterhouses
Operational efficiency, hygiene, and long-term cost performance
This interactive discussion laid a solid foundation for the next steps of design and project implementation.
Factory Tour: Pig, Cattle & Sheep Slaughter Equipment in Production
The delegation then toured our 50,000-square-meter manufacturing facility, gaining firsthand insight into our production capacity and technical strength.
In the equipment showroom, they inspected a wide range of abattoir machinery, including:
Cattle rotary slaughter box and cattle slaughter lifter
Automatic three-point pig stunning conveyor
Pig washing and polishing machine
Pig dehairing machine
Automatic pig carcass half splitting robot arm
Sheep dehider
Slaughter workstations for pigs, cattle, and sheep
Rail systems, hooks, and slaughterhouse spare parts
Pig dehairing scraper paddles and pig polishing whips
The tour continued through the raw material workshop, cutting area, and production workshops, where numerous machines were actively being manufactured.
At the time of the visit:
More than 10 pig slaughter lines were under production
Nearly 20 spiral pig dehairing machines and hydraulic pig dehairing machines were being assembled
Several cattle slaughter lines and sheep slaughter lines were also in production
The visitors expressed strong appreciation for the scale, organization, and production capability of HW Machinery.
From Design to Implementation
During the visit, HW Machinery proposed several key technical questions and preliminary solutions that need to be confirmed before starting detailed design work. The Nigerian client will review and confirm these points after returning home, allowing the project to move forward smoothly toward engineering design and implementation.
