December 6–11, 2025 — HW Machinery welcomed its long-term partner from Uzbekistan to our poultry processing equipment manufacturing base for the pre-shipment inspection of 2000 BPH and 1000 BPH poultry processing lines.
The visit marked an important step in a partnership that began before the COVID-19 pandemic and has now expanded as the customer added a second poultry slaughter line to meet growing market demand.
Complete Poultry Slaughter Process Verified
During the inspection, the customer reviewed the full chicken slaughtering and processing workflow, including electric water bath stunning, poultry scalding, chicken plucker machines, spin chilling, segmentation, freezing, and whole chicken packaging, etc.
The poultry processing lines are designed to deliver stable output, hygienic operation, and efficient broiler processing, suitable for semi-automatic poultry slaughterhouses and modern chicken processing plants.
