On December 16, 2025, HW Machinery proudly received full payment from a customer in Cebu, Philippines for a 10–20 pigs per day mini pig slaughter line equipment project.
Although this project is small in scale, it carries great significance. It demonstrates that HW Machinery is not only capable of delivering 100–1000+ pigs/day industrial pig slaughter line solutions, but also deeply committed to providing cost-effective, practical, and reliable pig slaughter equipment for small pig farms and emerging pork processors worldwide.

Project Background & Customer Needs
The Cebu customer first contacted HW Machinery on October 29, 2025.
At the beginning, their requirement was very simple: processing only a few pigs per day, with a strong focus on low initial investment and easy operation.
To help the customer save costs while meeting production needs, our engineering team initially proposed a solution based on:
Combination scalding and dehairing machine
Partial manual operations
This solution balanced affordability with functionality and suited the customer’s early-stage operation.
Optimized Mini Pig Slaughter Solution for 10–20 Pigs/Day
As discussions continued, the customer expressed interest in future capacity expansion.
At the same time, on November 15, 2025, another international client from Ghana visited our factory with a similar requirement — 10–20 pigs per day — and a limited initial budget.
Based on real operating scenarios, investment control, and ease of use, HW Machinery finalized a highly practical mini pig slaughter solution, which was later shared with the Cebu customer.
Recommended Equipment Configuration
This mini pig slaughter line equipment includes:
Handheld pig stunner
Transport cart (can be locally fabricated)
Electric scalding tank
Pig dehairing machine
Electric hoist
Pork carcass splitting saw
Pig hooks and accessories
No rail system required.
Instead:
Install a steel beam in the workshop
If needed, add two support columns
Mount an electric hoist with pig spreader hooks
Install a balancer, with the splitting saw suspended below
A beam height of 2.3 meters from ground level is sufficient, significantly reducing installation costs.
Simple & Practical Pig Slaughtering Process
The complete pig slaughtering workflow is clear, efficient, and easy to learn:
Stunning the pig using a pig stunner
Manual sticking and bleeding
Transporting the pig to the electric scalding tank
Scalding at 60–65°C until hair can be easily removed
Lifting the pig into the pig dehairing machine for dehairing (1–2 minutes)
Hanging the carcass using hooks and an electric hoist
Evisceration and further processing
Splitting the carcass into halves using a carcass splitting saw
Final cutting and portioning on a working table
This solution has proven to be highly practical, low-cost, and easy to operate, especially for small pig slaughterhouses and pig farms.
Project Status
The customer officially confirmed the order after comparing multiple suppliers and completed full payment on October 12, 2025.
The equipment is currently under manufacturing and scheduled for shipment upon completion.
