I. Overview
The HWCW-4000 is a turnover basket washer engineered for meat plants and slaughterhouses, delivering “alkali wash → high-pressure rinse”. Its 304 stainless-steel frame and tanks resist corrosion and simplify sanitation checks, ensuring long service life in harsh environments
II. Working Principle
- Two-Stage Cleaning Process: The cleaning process includes two stages—hot alkaline water, hot clean water. High-pressure spray cleaning is employed as the primary method, using approximately 60°C hot alkaline water (or alcohol-infused solution) as the main detergent and approximately 60°C high-pressure hot water for intensive cleaning.
- Temperature Control: The alkaline water tank and hot water tank are equipped with electric heating elements, with automatic temperature control ranging from ambient temperature to 80°C, which can be set as desired.
- Comprehensive Spray Coverage: Stainless steel centrifugal pumps circulate water from each tank, spraying the baskets from all four directions (top, bottom, left, and right) simultaneously. Each tank is equipped with a dual filtration system for easy removal of debris and independent drain valves for waste discharge, with an integrated pipe for unified disposal.
III. Product Features
This machine (the length is 4 meters) is divided into two sections for cleaning. The first section uses hot alkaline water, and the second section uses hot clean water. Each spray water has an independent circulating water tank. The cleaning is carried out by high-pressure spraying around the object. All the water is independently collected and filtered, ensuring a thorough and clean washing result.
The two sides of the cleaning chamber are equipped with movable waterproof doors. Soft door curtains are used at both ends for airtight waterproofing when the objects enter, which facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment at any time. The electrical control box of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and all the power sources are centrally controlled.
- Machine Body: The machine body is welded by profiles and plates. The waterproof doors are installed on the equipment in a detachable manner, which is convenient for maintenance. At the inlet and outlet ends of the equipment, there are blocking curtains to prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing out of the equipment. The water tank is equipped with a sewage outlet.
- Filtration System: There is a mesh filter basket in the water tank. The filter basket is placed below the water return port to filter out the impurities in the return water, preventing the impurities from entering the water supply system and blocking the spray nozzles.
- Spraying System: The spraying system is composed of multiple circular spray pipes, nozzles, water pumps, and pipelines. Each group of spray pipes is composed of spray pipes in four directions (up, down, left, and right). There are multiple circular spray nozzles on each group of spray pipes, and the angles of the nozzles can be adjusted. There are no blind spots during the cleaning process, ensuring that the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the object to be cleaned from multiple directions, achieving a comprehensive cleaning effect.
- Conveying System: The conveying system is composed of a conveyor belt, conveying chain, transmission chain, speed reducer, and supporting working components. The conveying system is driven by a motor and a speed reducer, and the conveying speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted.
- Electrical Control System: The electrical control system is composed of an electrical control box, low-voltage components, a digital display meter device, etc. It is equipped with various high-quality domestic switches, buttons, contactors, relays, and other control, operation, and display components, making it convenient for personnel to operate. The electrical control box is equipped with an emergency stop switch.
- Equipment Composition: The equipment is composed of a head frame, a tail frame, an intermediate frame, a mesh belt, a high-pressure water pump, high-pressure spray nozzles, a transmission motor, and other structural components.
IV. Technical Requirements:
- Workpieces to be Cleaned: Transfer boxes (The inlet height of the cleaning machine equipment is 800mm, and the outlet height is 800mm)
- Cleaning Purpose: Remove stains such as dust and oil stains on the surface of the boxes.
- Cleaning Output: 200-300 pieces per hour.
- Process Flow: Manual feeding → High-pressure spraying cleaning → Manual unloading
