On September 9, 2025, HW Machinery had the honor of welcoming an African client delegation of three distinguished leaders—including the CEO and head of procurement—to Nanjing, China. The purpose of this visit was to conduct an in-depth inspection of our slaughtering equipment production bases and explore opportunities for expanding collaboration in the global meat processing industry.
Comprehensive Factory Visit
The delegation visited two of HW Machinery’s specialized manufacturing bases:
Base 1 – dedicated to abattoir equipment and slaughter lines for cattle, sheep, and pigs, including cattle rotary slaughter boxes, lifters, automatic pig stunning conveyors, pig dehairing machines, sheep dehiders, carcass washing machines, and robotic pig half-splitting systems, etc. They were impressed by the large-scale production, which included over 20 pig slaughter lines and several cattle and sheep slaughter lines under active assembly.
Base 2 – specialized in poultry processing equipment and chicken slaughtering machines, where they observed the latest poultry plucker machines, scalders, spin chillers, automatic chicken feet cutters, and compact chicken slaughter lines, etc. They also personally disassembled and inspected a poultry plucker, reviewing bearings, belts, motors, and waterproof bearing covers.
Additionally, the group toured a 3000BPH chicken slaughter line in Nanjing, designed and installed by HW Machinery over ten years ago. Seeing the line in continuous operation gave the delegation full confidence in the durability, reliability, and long-term efficiency of HW Machinery’s poultry slaughter equipment.

The delegation demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, especially in poultry processing. They examined our spare parts warehouse, verified component quality, and even tested equipment performance in the workshop.
Future Project Discussions
The visit concluded with a detailed technical meeting focused on a 6000BPH chicken slaughter line project. Key discussions included:
Complete poultry slaughter process design and optimization.
Layout improvements for workflow efficiency.
The delegation was also invited to visit another 6000BPH chicken slaughter line designed, manufactured, and installed by HW Machinery in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, on September 12, 2025.
