Project Background: 500BPH Chicken Halal Slaughter Line
The collaboration began on May 16, 2025, when our South African partner first contacted us regarding a 500BPH Chicken Halal Slaughter Line. To help the customer reduce installation and commissioning costs, HW Machinery initially recommended the 500BPH Compact Poultry Chicken Processing and Slaughter Line—a solution where all equipment is fully assembled and tested before shipment.

However, after further discussions with local authorities in South Africa, the customer confirmed that their slaughterhouse facility requires a clear separation between the “dirty” and “clean” zones to comply with regulatory standards. HW Machinery’s engineering team then redesigned a customized 500BPH chicken processing line, tailored to the provided facility layout, while ensuring compliance with local food safety and poultry farming requirements.
Factory Visit and Inspection
During his visit, Mr. Weng carefully reviewed the equipment quality, production process, and technical details, taking numerous photos and videos for further evaluation. He was especially impressed with HW Machinery’s attention to product details, including:
