On September 6, 2025, HW Machinery welcomed a third-party inspection commissioned by one of our key African clients.
This client is recognized as one of the largest slaughterhouses in Africa, with current operations focused on poultry processing and chicken meat supply, while also expanding into cattle slaughtering and beef processing. The inspection reflects the client’s long-term strategy of strengthening their poultry operations and exploring future investment in cattle slaughtering, meat processing, and professional cleaning solutions.
Scope of the Audit
The third-party inspection was carried out by Mr. Guo, an experienced industry auditor. Over the past weeks, our client entrusted audits across all three of HW Machinery’s specialized production bases:
Base 1: Poultry processing line equipment, chicken slaughtering equipment, and related machinery.
Base 2: Pig, cattle, and sheep slaughterhouse equipment, abattoir machinery, and complete slaughter lines.
Base 3 (September 6 audit): Food and meat processing equipment, sausage processing equipment, and professional cleaning machines, including crate washers.
At Base 3, the audit included a thorough review of:
Business license, export qualifications, and bank credit certification.
ISO9001 certificate and compliance documentation.
Team structure across design, production, and quality control.
Equipment capabilities, production process, hygiene, and warehouse management.
Quality control standards and traceability documentation (raw material testing, in-process inspections, final product checks, and pre-shipment verification).
Mr. Guo was impressed by our strict hygiene protocols, orderly production workshops, and detailed product engineering. Special recognition was given to our crate washer, which is CE-certified in the European Union and designed for high efficiency, low water consumption, and maximum hygiene in meat processing plants.
