From September 12 to 14, 2025, a delegation of three representatives from the Philippines, including key decision-makers from a poultry processing factory, visited HW Machinery (Nanjing Hongwei Slaughtering Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. & Nanjing Hongweng Technology Development Co., Ltd.) in Nanjing, China. The visit marked another important milestone in our partnership, focusing on a 6000BPH poultry processing line project.
Long-Term Cooperation Built on Proven Performance
Back in 2019, this client purchased poultry processing equipment and chicken slaughter machinery from HW Machinery. The equipment has been running successfully for six years, delivering excellent performance and reliability, which earned us their trust and recognition. After our recent meeting during ILDEX Philippines 2025 (August 27–29) and a subsequent factory visit, the client decided to advance discussions with us on expanding their production capacity.
Factory Visit and Equipment Highlights
Upon arrival in Nanjing, the delegation toured our poultry equipment production base. They first inspected the 500BPH compact chicken slaughter line, ideal for small-scale operations up to 1000BPH. Compact lines are fully assembled and tested at our factory before shipment, helping clients save installation costs and time. However, if regulatory authorities in a country require strict separation of “dirty” and “clean” zones within slaughterhouses, a custom poultry processing line and chicken slaughter line is the preferred solution.
The delegation also carefully examined our spare parts and semi-finished product workshops. They were particularly impressed by HW Machinery’s design improvements that extend equipment lifespan—such as custom waterproof covers for plucker machine bearings and specialized lubrication holes to ensure bearings remain fully greased. In addition, many of our key parts are built with durable aluminum materials, while competitors often use iron.
In the production area, clients witnessed multiple units ready for delivery, including spin chillers, scalding machines, automatic chicken feet cutting machines, water-bath stunner machines, and the 500BPH compact poultry slaughter line. These real production examples boosted their confidence in our manufacturing capability.
Intensive Project Discussions
Back in the meeting room, both sides engaged in detailed discussions on the 6000BPH chicken processing line, covering the entire poultry slaughter process—from equipment layout to technical requirements. The client emphasized the urgency of the project and invited HW Machinery to conduct an on-site investigation in the Philippines to finalize the plan.
