Pig carcass washing machine or cleaning equipment is one of the most important pig/hog abattoir slaughter line equipment. This pig slaughter machine uses inclined roller brushes and straight roller brushes to scrub the hairs at the same time. You can also use straight rollers to scrub the pigs separately.
When the speed of the pig conveying line is 5-6 meters per minute, the equipment can wash 400-500 pigs per hour.
In order to improve the effect of pig washing, the speed of conveying pigs should not be too fast. Generally, the speed of 5-6 meters is adopted, and the distance between hanging pigs is between 600-100mm.

For example, when the linear speed is 5m/min and the distance of 1m is 12s, when a pig passes 1.53m from the effective center of the washing machine, the cleaning time can reach 18s. When the distance between hanging pigs is 600mm, 8 pigs can be washed per minute, and every hour can be cleaned. Up to 480 pigs, when the hanging pigs are at a distance of 1000mm, 5 pigs can be cleaned per minute, up to 300 pigs per hour.
Equipped with four straight roller brushes, the center distance is 153 meters, the center distance between each is 510mm, the brushes are located on the 16-17 brush plate with a length of 1700 minutes, the roller speed is 278 rpm, and the motor power is 5.5kw.
