Slaughter machinery is a relatively unpopular industry, but in fact it is quite a complex industry. The slaughter equipment has very high requirements on the material, otherwise, its life span is at most two or three years.

Today we are talking about the material for slaughter equipment-stainless steel pipe. Those who have been in contact with the machinery industry should know that stainless steel pipes are divided into decorative pipes and industrial pipes. There is a big gap. Although stainless steel decorative pipes are also made of stainless steel, there are also 201, 202, 304, 316, 316L, but it belongs to the category of decorative pipes, and the hardness is definitely not as durable as industrial pipes. Therefore, some slaughtering equipment manufacturers purchase decorative pipes in order to save costs. It’s not visible on the outside, but you can tell by weighing it. For the same thickness and outer diameter, the weight is different.

In the production of slaughter equipment, our company has always insisted on winning by quality, and has always used stainless steel 304 industrial pipes. We will not use 201 and 202 pipes, because these two seem to be made of stainless steel, but 201 and 202 are easy to rust and will have rust spots over time. The stainless steel pipes we use for abattoir and slaughtering equipment, are all stainless steel 304, 3mm thick pipes of national standard material.

Therefore, when the customer makes an inquiry, he must not only emphasize that the place where it touches the meat is made of stainless steel, but also confirm that it must be made of 304 material, which is a national standard material.

We must pay more attention to the quality than the price, and we must go to the field to see the equipment and materials. Don’t buy it cheaply, or the users will know which one is the most cost-effective when using it.
