
After Cattle/Cow Abattoir Slaughter Line Process 4: Carcass Processing, the next process for a cattle/cow abattoir slaughter house line is Synchronous Quarantine Inspection as below.
- Beef carcass, white viscera, red viscera and cattle/cow head are simultaneously transported to the inspection area for sampling and inspection through the quarantine conveyor.

- There are inspectors to conduct carcass inspection, and the suspected carcass enters the suspected carcass rail through the pneumatic switch.
- The unqualified red viscera and cattle/cow head shall be removed from the hook and put into the closed cart and pulled out of the slaughterhouse for processing.
- The unqualified white viscera are separated by a pneumatic white viscera separation device, poured into a closed cart and pulled out of the slaughterhouse for processing.
- The hook of the red viscera/cattle head synchronous quarantine conveyor and the sanitary inspection plate of the disc-type white viscera quarantine conveyor automatically pass cold-hot-cold water cleaning and disinfection.
