The delegation commenced their tour in HW Machinery’s interactive showroom, where they examined critical slaughter equipment in action:
Cattle Slaughterhouse Equipment: A detailed showcase of the cattle rotary slaughter box and pneumatic elevator for cattle slaughter lines, integral to humane and efficient beef production.
Modern Cattle Slaughter Process: 1) Stunning via automated restraints; 2) Hoisting & Bleeding using overhead rail systems; 3) Skinning & Evisceration; 4) Carcass Splitting with robotic arms; 5) Chilling & Grading.
Pig Abattoir Equipment: Highlights included the three-point pig stunning conveyor machine, pig dehairing mchine and its dehairing scraper paddles, and automatic pork carcass half-splitting robot.
Modern Pig Slaughter Process: 1) Stunning; 2) Bleeding & Scalding 3) Dehairing 4) Evisceration & Inspection; 5) Splitting & Chilling.




Additional systems like sheep dehiders, poultry plucking machines, and species-specific hooks underscored HW Machinery’s expertise in abattoir equipment for all livestock.

The clients then toured HW Machinery’s bustling production floor, witnessing:
4 pig slaughter lines and 2 cattle slaughter lines (240 cattle/day capacity) in assembly.
Batch production of pig dehairing machines, carcass loading arms, and cattle slaughtering equipment.
A live shipment of an 800-pig/day slaughter line being loaded for export, emphasizing scale and reliability.
