The visitors embarked on a comprehensive tour to evaluate the company’s capabilities in delivering turnkey pig slaughter line solutions, specifically targeting a capacity of 1,000 hogs per 8-hour shift.

In-Depth Factory Inspection Highlights Advanced Manufacturing
The visit commenced at Nanjing Hongwei’s state-of-the-art Demo Room, where Natalia’s team engaged in detailed discussions on critical pig slaughterhouse equipment components. Highlights included the Three Points Pig Stunning Conveyor Machine, Spiral Pig Dehairing Machine, Pig Washing and Polishing Machine, Automatic Pork Carcass Half Robot, Hydraulic Pig Dehairing Machine, Overhead Rail Systems, and specialized tools like Pig Dehairing Scraper Paddles and Polishing Whips.



Proceeding to the expansive production workshop, the delegation witnessed Nanjing Hongwei’s industrial capacity firsthand. Active production lines featured:

The timing proved ideal, as the shipping area buzzed with activity, loading a complete 800-head pig slaughtering equipment line for dispatch. Natalia’s team expressed deep appreciation for the factory’s scale, rigorous production processes, and uncompromising quality control.


Operational 1,000-Head Pig Abattoir Project Validates Technology
Live Project Validation: 1,000-Head Pig Slaughterhouse in Ningguo
To demonstrate real-world implementation, Nanjing Hongwei escorted the delegation to its flagship project in Ningguo City, Anhui Province—a modern pig abattoir equipment facility designed, manufactured, and installed by the company. The 2-hour drive culminated in a tour led by General Manager Xu, showcasing the operational 1,000-head/8-hour pig slaughterhouse.



Over 1.5 hours, the Eastern European clients meticulously documented the facility’s efficiency, capturing extensive photos and videos to inform their upcoming project specifications. The seamless integration of abattoir equipment, including optimized slaughter line workflows and meat processing equipment, solidified their confidence in Nanjing Hongwei’s expertise.
