After pigs, cattle and sheep are slaughtered with slaughter equipment, their carcass often need to be split and fine segmentation so that it is convenient for meat transportation and cold storage. In the past, small slaughterhouses or family slaughterhouses would use manual splitting and head hoof removal work. But compared with the use of reciprocating carcass half splitting saw, the work intensity is still very large. Now the reciprocating carcass half splitting saw has become an indispensable slaughter equipment in the slaughterhouse. Some large and medium-sized slaughterhouses have adopted reciprocating carcass half splitting saw instead of manual operations to reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency. So it is a very important slaughtering equipment for livestock/cattle/sheep/pig slaughterhouse.

What is the structure of reciprocating carcass half splitting saw (cattle/sheep/pig slaughterhouse equipment)?
The reciprocating carcass half splitting saw is mainly composed of eccentric block, connecting rod, cross head, saw bow, saw blade and so on. When working, the motor drives the eccentric block, pushes the saw blade through the connecting rod and the crosshead to make rapid reciprocating motion, and makes the electric saw move from top to bottom under manual operation, so as to achieve the goal of splitting. The reciprocating carcass half splitting saw uses a wire rope to hang on the beam. Because the electric saw needs to move up and down, two pulleys are installed on the beam at the other end of the wire rope and it is equipped with a counterweight or balancer suitable for the split-half saw. When the half-saw is restored to the original position after the half-saw, the load of the half-saw is reduced when moving.
What are the disadvantages of reciprocating carcass half splitting saw (cattle/sheep/pig slaughter equipment)?

But no matter what product always has its own defects, the defect of the reciprocating carcass half splitting saw is that if the slaughter volume is too large, the saw blade must be replaced frequently. So when choosing the product, slaughterhouses must choose according to their own slaughter volume, instead of blindly pursuing price advantages. Reasonable slaughter line process design and product matching are the top priorities for a slaughter production line to successfully complete production.
