
Last article, “Pig Slaughter Line Process 4: Carcass Processing” in a pig abattoir slaughter line has been introduced.
After carcass processing, the next process of pig slaughter house processing line is synchronized quarantine. The detailed introduction is as below:
1.Pig carcass, white viscera and red viscera are simultaneously conveyed to the inspection area for sampling and inspection through the quarantine conveyor line.
2.The suspicious diseased carcasses that fail the inspection, enter the suspicious diseased carcass track through the switch and conduct a re-inspection to confirm the unqualified diseased carcass enters the diseased rail. Remove the diseased carcass and put it in the closed cart and pull it out of the pig or hog slaughter house or abattoir workshop for processing.

3.The unqualified white viscera shall be taken out from the tray of the quarantine conveyor, which will be put into the closed cart and pulled out of the pig or hog slaughter house or abattoir for processing.
4.The unqualified red viscera shall be taken out from the tray of the quarantine conveyor, which will be put into the closed cart and pulled out of the pig or hog slaughter house or abattoir for processing.
5.The hook of the red viscera synchronous quarantine conveyor and the tray of the white viscera synchronous quarantine conveyor are automatically cleaned and sterilized by cold-hot-cold water.
