Nanjing, China — September 4, 2025 (Thursday) — HW Machinery welcomed a third-party factory audit commissioned by one of the largest slaughterhouses in Africa. The inspection focused on our dedicated production base for pig, cattle and sheep abattoir equipment and slaughter line machinery.
Although the client’s current core business is poultry processing and chicken meat supply (a third-party inspection of poultry processing line equipment was carried out on September 3, 2025), the client is considering possible future expansion into cattle slaughtering and beef production. To prepare for and evaluate such potential future projects, they requested an independent on-site factory audit of our second production base — the facility that manufactures cattle slaughter equipment, pig slaughter equipment and sheep slaughter machinery.
Thorough, professional on-site assessment
The audit was conducted by a senior auditor, Mr. Wang, from a reputable third-party inspection agency. The review covered company and export documentation (business license, export qualifications, bank credit statements), ISO9001 certification, and an in-depth assessment of technical teams (design, production, and quality control). The auditor examined manufacturing equipment, documented production processes, and reviewed quality control and traceability records — including raw material testing, in-process inspections, finished-product inspection, and pre-shipment verification.
Mr. Wang also inspected workshop hygiene and warehouse organization, and recorded extensive photos and video. He specifically praised certain product finishing details and assembly workmanship that reflect HW Machinery’s manufacturing standards.
Equipment and systems inspected
At the sample room and on the production floor the auditor reviewed a comprehensive range of abattoir equipment and slaughter line machines, including:
Cattle equipment: cattle rotary slaughter box, cattle dehider, cattle slaughter box and associated cattle slaughter line components.
Pig equipment: automatic pig stunning machine, three-point stunning conveyor, spiral pig dehairing machine, hydraulic pig dehairing machine, pig washing & polishing machine, pig scalding machine, and pig slaughter line assemblies.
Sheep equipment: sheep dehider, sheep dehairing machine, and sheep slaughter line components.
